— Platform

One operating system for everything we ship.

Every retainer plugs into the same backbone — request intake, SLA tracking, AI scope splitting, unified client portal, and a shared library of patterns we've battle-tested across hundreds of ships.

— Modules

Eight modules. One subscription.

Mix and match as your business needs change. Every module is built on the same Axiom Core, so they talk to each other by default.

MOD-01

Custom apps

Full-stack web apps built on your process. Auth, billing, dashboards, role-based access — yours, not a SaaS rental.

MOD-02

Axiom Core

Our shared infra: intake, request queue, SLA tracker, account portal. Plug & play across every retainer.

MOD-03

Always-on agents

Multi-step automations that handle triage, follow-up, and routine ops while your team sleeps.

MOD-04

API & webhooks

REST endpoints, signed webhooks, streaming responses. Hook your stack into ours, or ours into yours.

MOD-05

Workflows

RFIs, intake forms, approval chains, QA loops — bespoke flows wired into your real tools.

MOD-06

Reports & summaries

Auto-generated, source-linked. Every claim cites the document it came from.

MOD-07

Compare & change

Diff specs, scopes, and contracts. Surface what changed and why it matters.

MOD-08

QA / QC checklists

Trade-aware, traceable, exportable. The QA your auditors keep asking for.

— The portal

Live status on every request you've ever asked for.

Queued, in discovery, building, in review, shipped. Every state-change pings your team by email and shows up in the portal in real time. The portal replaces the weekly status meeting — and the project manager who runs it.

  • → Drag-and-drop priority for your queue
  • → SLA countdowns per tier, per request
  • → Email + Slack notifications on every state change
  • → Preview URLs the second the scaffold lands
  • → Source-linked review notes from the AI reviewer
  • → Per-stakeholder access controls so engineering sees what engineering needs, and ops sees what ops needs

— Architecture

The boring stack, on purpose.

We pick tools we can debug at 2am, not the ones that win the launch tweet. Edge runtime, managed Postgres, an AI gateway, direct REST. The stack is small enough to keep in your head.

Edge runtime

Globally distributed, sub-100ms cold start. Single deploy artifact, deterministic rollbacks.

Managed Postgres

Row-level security, point-in-time recovery, audit logs. We drop to raw SQL when the abstraction leaks.

Multi-model AI gateway

Cheap structured-output model for the hot path. Escalate to frontier models for reasoning and review. You don't manage keys.

Direct REST + signed webhooks

A 30-line fetch wrapper survives upgrades better than someone else's SDK. Vendor-neutral by default.

Structured logs + tracing

Every request gets an ID that follows it through the stack. If it broke, we know where.

Auth + RBAC

Single sign-on, role-based access controls, per-tenant data isolation. Day-one defaults, not a Phase 2.

— The hidden engine

You see the dashboard. We run the canvas.

Workflow node-builders look great in a demo and break in production. We removed that surface from the portal on purpose. Behind the wall, our engineers ship your automations on a private visual orchestration engine — fast to iterate, fully under our SLA. You only see the outcome: a deployed flow, live telemetry, and the SLA clock on every run.

  • → Authorize your stack once on /connections
  • → We build the orchestration on our side, in nodes — usually within a 72-hour cycle
  • → Every run emits structured telemetry into your portal: status, duration, errors handled
  • → No node canvas, no webhook URLs, no "did you connect the trigger correctly" support tax

— Integrations

Plugged into the tools you already run.

379+ pre-built connections across HRIS, ATS, CRM, accounting, ticketing, file storage, and knowledge bases — plus anything else with an API. Two-way syncs, signed webhooks, exponential backoff. One normalized schema, no per-vendor SDK juggling.

Don't see yours? It's almost certainly fine. Send us the docs.

— Security & compliance

Boring on this, too.

We don't ship things that won't pass your security review. Mutual NDA on day one, before you share a single document.

SOC 2 Type II controls

Inherited from our underlying infrastructure providers. Audit reports available under mutual NDA.

Encryption in transit and at rest

TLS 1.3 everywhere; per-tenant encryption keys for the sensitive workloads.

SSO, RBAC, audit logs

Day-one defaults on every account. Okta, Google, Azure AD supported. Every action attributable.

DPA & BAA on request

Standard DPAs for EU clients. BAAs for healthcare on Build and Scale tiers.

— Lifecycle

How a retainer plays out.

PHASE 01
Day 0–3

Onboard

Mutual NDA, portal access, intake setup, integrations connected. First request in queue by end of week one.

PHASE 02
Every 72h

Ship

Submit → scope split → scaffold → build → review → ship. Every loop produces a deployed URL.

PHASE 03
Continuous

Iterate

Daily previews, edits inside each 72-hour loop, source-linked review notes. The product compounds.

PHASE 04
Post-launch

Managed Ops

Graduate to Managed Ops at $2,495/mo. Proactive monitoring, patching, optimization, and unlimited micro-adjustments. Resume active dev any time.
