Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Axiom Routing ("Axiom", "we", "us"), including our marketing site, the Loop content library, and the client portal (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Axiom is a subscription development service. You submit requests through the portal; we design, build, and ship them within the limits of your tier. Tier limits, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may switch to Managed Ops for post-launch monitoring, patching, and unlimited micro-adjustments at a flat $2,495/mo.
5. Intellectual property
You own the work product we deliver to you for your business, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries, and templates, which we license to you on a perpetual, royalty-free basis to use as part of the deliverables. You may request a full handoff at any time via the Exit Kit.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or third-party right;
- upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security;
- build anything designed to harm, defraud, or deceive others.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the materials, data, and credentials you share with us as confidential and use them only to deliver the Service.
8. Warranties and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. On termination you may request your data and codebase via the Exit Kit.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
